Dr.Ravindra Naik, Principal Scientist, ICAR-CIAE, Coimbatore explained and demonstrated the Banana Central Core Processing Machinery viz., Banana Central core slicer, Banana central core dicer, Surface water remover, Banana central core Juicer and Squeezer developed by Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CIAE), ICAR, Regional Centre, Coimbatore to the farmers.

As one of the innovative technology, Solar powered tricycle developed by Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Bengaluru was demonstrated by the Principal Scientist of IIHR, Dr.Senthilkumaran at State Agricultural Machinery Information Data Centre (SAMIDC), Agricultural Engineering Department (AED) campus, Chennai on 04.06.2022 to the farmers of Perambalur District in order to popularize the technology among the farmers.
